Overnight Crew Member - Back of House

Our Taco Bell franchise is hiring Team Members for our many restaurants. Do you possess great customer service, leadership, team spirit and are looking to showcase your talents? An Overnight Taco Bell Food Champion, also known as a Team Member, prepares food, takes orders, and provides customer service.

They are responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience and maintaining food safety standards. Most overnight shifts start after 5:00 PM. Locations are open until 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

Customer service: Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments Food preparation: Prepare food ingredients, assemble orders, and package products Food safety: Maintain food safety standards and check food temperatures Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communication: Communicate with team members and customers Menu knowledge: Be an expert on the menu and promotions Qualifications Be at least 16 years old Have reliable transportation Be a team player Be committed to customer satisfaction Have good communication skills Be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Have a food handler's certificate Be safety-focused, punctual, and respectful Food Champions work in a fast-paced environment and should be friendly, helpful, and pay attention to detail We offer excellent benefits and advancement opportunities Pay rate $9 - $13.
