About the Role

Associate Director, Agency Distribution Services Location: Hochiminh City Function: Agency Distribution | Department: Agency Distribution Services Role: Intern Learning Outcomes : Understand agency administration processes and agent lifecycle management Gain hands-on experience in document verification, data management, and reporting.

Improve communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Description: Check the softcopy of agent’s documents, AVICAD, AML nationwide before issuing agent code. Execute issue agent code on system. Manage and execute the record process related to direct appointment, including ASA and UM star program for nationwide.

Prepare monthly “Lacking of agent’s documents” reports. Then communicate to agents, sales forces for requesting submitted documents. Manage AL contract as Biz household, corporate role. Ensure all agent’s documents are fully scanned on R360 and the hardcopy are stored at Crown storage Requirements: Final-year student or fresh graduate in business administration or related fields.
