Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Branch Manager with Bank of America. My career has always centered around helping people, and agency ownership gave me the opportunity to build a business focused on helping customers protect the people and things that matter most.

You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
