Mental Health Clinician - IDD Behavioral Health

Easterseals MORC is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to provide behavioral health services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This role conducts behavioral and mental health assessments, develops person-centered treatment and support plans, provides individual, family, and group therapy, and implements behavioral and crisis interventions.

The clinician collaborates with individuals, families, caregivers, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams while providing consultation, training, and support. The role also monitors treatment outcomes and adjusts interventions to promote independence, meaningful relationships, skill development, and positive behavioral outcomes.
