Job Summary

0.5 FTE Teacher on Special Assignment- Inclusion, Behavior Support and ELOP Liasion, One-Year Contract

Provides leadership, coaching, and coordination to support inclusive practices, behavior support, and alignment with Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP).

Key Responsibilities

Inclusion & Instructional Support:

• Coach inclusive practices, co-teaching, UDL, differentiation - Support access to core curriculum
• Provide demonstration lessons Behavior Support:
• Support MTSS/PBIS implementation
• Assist with Behavior Intervention Plans and Assessments - Provide observation and feedback ELOP Liaison:
• Align school-day and ELOP supports
• Train ELOP staff
• Support students with IEPs
• Facilitate communication and engagement with families Collaboration & Leadership: - Participate in SSTs and IEPs Support development and redesign of Multi-Tiered System of Student Support - Provide professional development
• Support site leadership Data & Monitoring:
• Analyze behavior and participation data
• Support program evaluation and compliance

Requirements / Qualifications

• Valid California Teaching or PPS Credential
• Minimum 3 years teaching experience
• Proof of negative tuberculosis test
• Fingerprint clearance through the district

Preferred Special Education experience BCBA or similar behavior support experience PBIS/restorative practices training -Coaching experience
