Qualifications

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in auto body repair preferred. 3+ years of experience as an auto body technician or in a similar role. Proficiency in collision repair techniques, including structural and non-structural repairs. Familiarity with repair equipment, tools, and manufacturer repair guidelines.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean driving record.
