Sales & Leadership Trainee

Launch your career in sales and management. Southeast Texas HR is hiring a Sales & Leadership Trainee for one of the nation's largest plumbing, HVAC, and industrial supply distributors. This paid, multi-year rotational program trains you in every part of the business, with mentoring from experienced managers, so you can grow into sales, operations, or branch management.

Hours will be Monday-Friday, 7A-4P. Requirements

To be considered for this position you must meet the following requirements: College degree or equivalent experience. Background in customer service, sales, or leadership. Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to pass pre-employment requirements including a drug test.
