• Palm Harbor, FL Brabo Payroll, Palm Harbor Palm Harbor, FL Description We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Consultant to join our sales team. This is an entry-level role for someone who’s interested in getting into sales and wants to learn the fundamentals from the ground up. In this position, your main focus will be outbound prospecting—making calls, sending emails, and connecting with potential clients to introduce our payroll solutions. Your goal is to generate interest and book meetings in an inside sales role. This role is designed as a starting point. As you build your skills and hit your goals, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a Business Development Representative (BDR) , where you will take on outside sales opportunities as well.

Key Responsibilities

Make a high volume of outbound calls and emails to prospective clients (100 cold calls minimum daily) Identify and research companies and key decision-makers Introduce our services and generate interest through clear, confident communication Keep CRM records up to date with outreach and activity Consistently hit weekly and monthly activity and meeting-setting goals Work with the sales and marketing team to improve messaging and outreach Conduct meetings via zoom with prospects Maintain accurate records and activity in Salesforce Attend team meetings, trainings, networking events, BNI groups and ongoing development sessions Support the implementation and onboarding process for new clients What We’re Looking For: Interest in starting a career in sales or business development Strong communication skills and comfort talking on the phone Self-motivated with a positive, persistent attitude Organized and able to manage follow-ups and tasks Experience with CRM tools is a plus, but not required Growth & Development: This role is the first step in our sales track.
