Piedmont Kitchen Stock Clerk - [S]

The Stock Clerk’s main responsibility is to properly manage and handle product as deliveries are received and while delivering product from one business unit to another. They must maintain a working knowledge of food and beverage storage as it pertains to department of health standards and a general knowledge of the Callaway Property.

This position is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the receiving area and all other product storage areas. These duties include but are not limited to sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces and maintaining a clean work environment.
