Support Successful Conventions and Events The Registration Team supports Visit Phoenix's Destination Services team by assisting convention attendees, meeting planners, exhibitors, and hospitality partners at conventions, meetings, and special events throughout Greater Phoenix. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing customer service, event operations and working in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist convention attendees at registration and check-in locations, resolving any registration issues and answering attendee questions.
• Able to process electronic payment transactions within established procedures.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain attendee records.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and special projects as assigned. Who We’re Looking For

• Proficiency using smart phones, tablets, and computers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with visitors, attendees, clients, and team members.
• Flexible availability including some evenings or weekends, as needed.
