Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Energy Advisor to join our team. As an Energy Advisor at Bridgeway Power, you will play a pivotal role in promoting solar energy solutions to potential customers.

Your responsibilities

Consultative Selling: Engage with potential customers to understand their energy needs and educate them on the benefits of solar energy solutions. Provide personalized recommendations based on their requirements. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and customers to foster trust and credibility.

Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns and providing expert guidance. Closing Deals: Use persuasive selling techniques to close sales and achieve monthly targets. Effectively negotiate terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Customer Education: Educate customers about the environmental and financial benefits of solar energy, as well as government incentives and rebates available for solar installations.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, solar technology advancements, and government policies related to renewable energy. Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional service to customers.

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed. Knowledge of solar energy principles and technology is a plus.
