We are currently searching for our next Benefit Administrator to lead the benefits department.

In this vital role, the selected candidate will work with senior leaders to offer a benefits program that has a direct impact on staff satisfaction.

Promoting and communicating employee benefits, including plan changes and open enrollments. Assist HR leadership team with developing policies related to benefits and leave policies for new markets Monitor regulations related to benefits and leave programs in all markets and make recommendations Be an active member of the HR leadership team For a full and complete list, please contact HR.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent organizational skills Verbal and written communications skills Moderate to excellent computer skills Proper phone etiquette Must have demonstrate the ability to work independently and as a group member Excellent customer service skills are essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred 5 years of relevant experience Proficiency with the benefit module within Paylocity is preferred Work on site at the corporate office in Fort Wayne, IN Interested candidates can apply online at BenchmarkHS.
