Compliance Manager (FCC)

Compliance Manager (FCC) Country: China

1. Follow up the latest development of FCC laws, regulations, and rules, ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and rules, understanding the impacts of the laws, regulations, and rules to the Bank.
2. Monitor and review the compliance of FCC policies and procedures, monitor each business line, 1LOD and internal control departments to implement FCC policies and procedures.
3. Manage the framework around anti-money laundering and combating financing of terrorism etc.
4. Identify and evaluate the FCC risks.
5. Perform FCC related testing and analysis of the alerts escalated.
6. Complete FCC related internal and external reports.
7. Deliver FCC training;
8. Handle FCC related projects.
9. Coordinate FCC related tasks on China level.
10. Other assigned FCC related tasks.
