Hospitalist APP

Community Memorial Hospital, a Critical Access Hospital committed to providing excellent care to our community, is seeking both a Full-Time as well as a Per Diem Hospitalist APP that is responsible for providing care to patients during their stay at Community Memorial Hospital. Their duties include managing schedules for inpatient treatments and coordinating care providers, ordering tests and maintaining records for their patients.

The APP shall provide professional medical services to patients of the Hospitalist Program at Community Memorial Hospital and will dedicate his or her entire professional time in the performance of these duties as an APP for the hospital.
