Through strategic partnerships with governmental agencies and innovative programs like Full Service Partnership (FSP), Wraparound (WRAP), PIER, we foster long-term skills and support systems, enhancing the well-being of individuals and families across all stages of life. Position Details: Full-Time Locations: Culver City- Van Nuys Key Responsibilities P erform assessments, develop Child and Family Teams and facilitate partnerships, strategies and interventions to engage families with the Wraparound teams and community liaisons.
Provide direct services as needed. Facilitate identification and prioritization of family's needs across all domains Facilitators will also identify needs, facilitate Team Meetings, ensure the development of Child and Family Plans, and design and monitor strategies to ensure participation, compliance and cross-system collaboration.
Develop Child and Family Team, including engagement of child, family, extended family and informal resources. Facilitate Team meetings. Facilitate partnership between family and professionals on Team. Facilitate full family participation and community resources in all planning and decision-making. Ensure development of Child and Family Plans.
Ensure 24-hour availability and crisis intervention on an as needed basis. Ensure development of appropriate crisis plans.
Qualifications
Master's degree is preferred with a minimum of one year of experience in a community-based social service program working with emotionally disturbed children and adults M inimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work is required with 3 years of experience working with high-risk children/youth in either child welfare, probation or mental health systems in Wraparound Familiarity with principles of family-centered, strengths-based services and group facilitation Knowledge of the local community Fluency in Spanish high preferred.

Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs.
The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
