Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of grilled, fried, and cold menu items in accordance with our menu while following health and safety regulations. Adapt to accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests from guests. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring all kitchen equipment is in good working order. Manage food preparation activities, following recipes and presentation specifications.

Ensure that incoming food items are received and stored in the correct manner, maintaining optimal conditions for food storage.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must be 18 years or older. Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Available to work on weekends and holidays. Non-slip shoes are required for this role.
