Responsibilities

Provide telephone, email, and web-based support for existing RFgen customers. Create unit tests to reduce problems reported by customers. Interface with end-users to diagnose and resolve production software problems. Support and maintain the existing RFgen wireless, mobile, and voice applications. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. C++ / VBA / .NET / SQL database experience a plus. Configuring mobile devices such as Android or iOS experience a plus. Strong time management with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Extensive technical experience and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task with great attention to detail.
