Procurement of raw materials and semi-finished goods for the site in order to ensure a smooth production process according to the production plan. What You Need To Make a Difference· Ensure uninterrupted material supply by planning quantities and delivery dates; in critical situations, escalate to ensure on-time and quantity-compliant deliveries

  • Use relevant IT systems (e.g., SAP, QSYS, Team. Center, MRP Exceptions, etc.)
  • Actively manage suppliers, including performance tracking
  • Create purchase orders and follow them up with suppliers
  • Create delivery schedules and coordinate them with suppliers; if necessary, jointly develop schedules with suppliers to ensure material availability
  • Track purchase orders and obtain confirmations; verify them for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain relevant fields in the material master (e.g., MRP 1–4) and other relevant master data (e.g., source lists) Implement existing "special" procurement strategies (e.g., Kanban) Plan and schedule materials based on defined targets (e.g., inventory value, logistics capacities, etc.)
  • Check material movements for plausibility
  • Participate in regular or ad hoc meetings with strategic purchasing and other relevant commodity functions (e.g., supplier quality, engineering, other plants, etc.) to discuss and align on material availability and supplier performance
  • Work independently to achieve defined targets, measured by KPIs and PIs Create, process, and organize NC (non-conformance) purchase orders (e.g., spare parts, returns, repair orders), including tracking SGRE-owned stock at suppliers to avoid obsolete inventory
  • Process invoice workflows, e.g., request credit notes for price or quantity discrepancies, clarify incorrect postings with goods receipt, and resolve incorrectly booked invoices with accounting
  • Participate in ECN (Engineering Change Notification) meetings and manage changes
  • Prepare, partially manage, and participate in supplier qualification processes, including supplier evaluation Education and Experience: This position requires a 3-year specialized vocational training, several years of professional experience, and additional specialized training.
