Maintenance/Construction Technician

Job Title: Full-Time Maintenance & Construction Technician. Hiring Immediately Job Summary: We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team and assist with ongoing hotel renovations and general maintenance. This is a hands-on role offering the chance to learn and apply multiple trades—including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and more—while keeping our property in top condition.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks and address repair requests promptly. Assist with construction and renovation projects, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical, plumbing, or mechanical issues. Keep tools and supplies organized and maintain a clean work environment. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload. Experience in construction, maintenance, or a related field is a plus (but not required). Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

Compensation

& Benefits: Starting pay from $17 to $20 per hour (based on experience). Opportunities to learn multiple trades and develop valuable skills.
