A bit about what you will do... Security Team leaders lead by example and assist the Security Manager with the day-to day operations to ensure a safe and secure environment for both guest and employees of our hotel and grounds. Coordinate and supervise security officers, providing support and assistance when necessary.

Ensure hotel entry barrier is always manned, guests are acknowledged, and they feel welcome. Assist the Security Manager implementing security measures for the visits of guests and VIPs to the hotel and surrounding area. Ensure surveillance cameras are monitored and assist with investigations when necessary. Conduct security patrols ensuring no unauthorised access and addressing matters involving security, fire and health & safety.

Be alert for any unusual packages, guests or vehicles and inform Security Manager accordingly. More about you... Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile guests. Strong supervisorial, motivational and communication skills. Remain calm whilst under pressure. Ability to be correct, secure and courteous in handling any disciplinary or criminal cases.
