Senior Change Management Consultant
Job description
The Enterprise Change Management Office (ECMO) resides in our People & Culture division and supports people readiness through organizational changes. The Senior Change Management Consultant is accountable for supporting the elevation of change maturity at Servus. Set by and under the direction of the Manager, Enterprise Change Management, this position will play a significant role in managing a portfolio of large, enterprise-wide transformation projects and contributing to the development of change management reporting and dashboards.
