About the Role

As an Asset Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the lifecycle of drilling assets used within NOV's Wired Drill Pipe operations. Your focus will be on ensuring equipment is available, properly maintained, accurately documented, and efficiently managed throughout its operational lifecycle. Working across multiple functions, you will coordinate asset mobilization and demobilization, support maintenance and inspection activities, maintain accurate system data, and contribute to continuous improvements in asset management and ERP processes.

Plan and coordinate asset requirements to support ongoing and future Wired Drill Pipe projects. Coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of drilling assets between operational locations.

Prepare and provide required asset documentation to project teams. Monitor third-party-owned equipment throughout inspection, repair, and maintenance activities. Support Logistics by ensuring all required shipping and asset documentation is complete and accurate. Maintain accurate asset records and transactions in Track a Tool, ePMS, and other business systems.

Coordinate asset inventory activities, including asset updates, physical counts, sales, and disposal processes. Create, monitor, and follow up on work orders and purchase orders related to inspections, repairs, and maintenance. Review inspection reports and coordinate supplier invoice verification. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on ERP and asset management processes.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve asset visibility, data quality, and operational efficiency. Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with NOV's HSE and quality standards. Essential Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Experience Experience in logistics, supply chain, asset coordination, inventory management, or equipment administration. Experience coordinating operational processes involving asset movements, maintenance, or documentation. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Experience working with ERP and/or asset management systems. Strong administrative and documentation management skills with high attention to detail. Languages Fluent written and spoken English. Other Requirements Valid Class B driving licence.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Track a Tool, JDE, ePMS, or Wells. Experience from the oil & gas, drilling, energy, or industrial equipment sectors. Norwegian language skills. Forklift licence. Personal Attributes Structured, organized, and detail-oriented. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. Analytical with strong problem-solving skills.

Proactive, self-driven, and motivated to improve processes. Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment. Committed to maintaining high standards of HSE, quality, and operational excellence.
