Director of Operations - Restaurants

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Director of Operations to lead and oversee a portfolio of high-volume quick service restaurants. This individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing profitability, developing strong leadership teams, and ensuring a consistent guest experience across all locations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the complexities of high-volume restaurant operations, and has a proven track record of improving performance across multiple locations. This role requires a leader who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution while building a culture of accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Unit Operations Leadership Oversee daily operations across a portfolio of high-volume QSR locations, ensuring consistency in execution, service, quality, and profitability. Lead, coach, and develop District Managers, Area Directors, and restaurant leadership teams. Establish clear operational expectations, performance standards, and accountability across all locations.

Conduct regular restaurant visits to evaluate operational performance, identify opportunities, and implement improvements. Ensure restaurants consistently deliver exceptional speed of service, food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Support successful new restaurant openings, operational transitions, and market expansion initiatives.
