Server About the Role: As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest needs or concerns promptly.

You will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely and accurate delivery of orders. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment while adhering to health and safety standards is essential. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours to mirror operational needs - including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner. Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery. Process payments and provide correct change or receipts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas throughout the shift. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Comply with and follow Brand Standard Audits. Comply with ongoing server training and alcohol awareness procedures and policies. Skills: The required communication skills enable you to interact effectively with guests, ensuring their needs are understood and met promptly. Basic math and POS system familiarity are essential for accurately processing orders and payments.

Organizational skills help you manage multiple tables and requests simultaneously, maintaining smooth service flow.
