Special Projects Lead

Pay: $17.00/hr | Schedule: Part time Role Overview We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Special Projects Lead to help keep our Goodyear park running smoothly. You'll support a variety of park projects and help keep the park clean, safe, and guest-ready. This is a great fit for someone who likes staying busy, takes pride in their work, and enjoys a mix of different tasks each shift.

Key Responsibilities

Assist management with special projects around the park, such as setups, repairs, re-sets, and improvements Keep attractions, play areas, party rooms, restrooms, and common areas clean and organized Complete daily cleaning checklists and report any maintenance or safety issues Help set up and break down for events, parties, and promotions Restock supplies and keep storage areas neat Support other team members during busy times What We're Looking For Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and pride in a clean environment Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Prior janitorial, maintenance, or facilities experience a plus Perks Free play for you at the park Flexible part-time scheduling Fun, team-oriented work environment Equal Opportunity Employer: Urban Air Adventure Parks is an equal opportunity employer.
