Missions: Watch Partners business follow-up: Follow-up on all the specific creations requests from Watch Partners Share communications with Watch Partners Update Watch Partners performance dashboards before market visits Follow up of the different projects defined in our 12-month action plan per Watch Partner External online brand equity monitoring Ensure brand equity are at the standards of the Maison on all external platforms (Department store, Watch Partners websites) Coordination of the Area Managers department Organize and maintain overall files and folders structure of Area Managers team Take notes and share minutes of meetings and key instances.

Share relevant information with other departments and functions Assist Area Managers in preparing regular instances (Weekly Boutique Managers meeting, Monthly business review with Europe...), by coordinating with all stakeholders and ensuring high quality level of PowerPoint presentation Help coordinate Area Managers specific business trips Qualities we are looking for: Self-starter and team player Organized and disciplined, with attention to detail and high standards Commercial minded with ease in communication towards both internal and external stakeholders Mastering PowerPoint tool Fluent in English.
