Technical Support and Sales Representative

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support & Sales Representative to join our Sydney team.

Are you a Sydney based veterinary nurse looking for a new challenge? This could be a perfect opportunity to take your clinical knowledge beyond the clinic floor and build a dynamic career in the fast-growing veterinary diagnostics industry. As a Veterinary Technical Support & Sales Representative, you'll work closely with veterinary clinics across Sydney, providing technical support, training and guidance on our diagnostic analysers and laboratory solutions.

You'll also develop strong customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and help practices get the most from their investment in Vepalabs technology. This is a field-based role with flexibility to manage your own schedule. Travel is primarily within the Sydney metropolitan area, with occasional regional travel when required.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to veterinary clinics via phone, email and onsite clinic visits. Deliver training and education to clinic teams. Build strong customer relationships and identify sales opportunities. Demonstrate products to prospective customers. Troubleshoot analyser, software and equipment issues. Perform quality control testing and equipment checks.

Maintain service records and customer information. Participate in an after-hours support roster approximately one week in four. Why Join Vepa Labs? Receive comprehensive training, including one week of onboarding in Brisbane and ongoing support in a fast-growing diagnostics business. Vehicle allowance for business travel. To be successful in this role you will bring: Veterinary Nursing experience or diagnostics experience Strong communication and customer service skills.

Confidence using Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems. Good general computer skills and the ability to learn new software and technologies (with training). Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. Current driver's licence. Experience with veterinary diagnostic analysers or technical support, field service, or healthcare diagnostics experience.
