Customer Service Specialist II

What You'll Do

Process customer orders received by phone, email, and other communication channels Enter and maintain accurate customer orders and electronic order files Provide quotations, pricing, and inventory availability for HVAC parts Monitor backorders and process them according to company procedures Verify shipments and provide customers with order status updates Process customer order changes and maintain shipping information Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 5+ years of customer service, order management, inside sales support, or related experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Typing speed of 45+ WPM HTS provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by laws.
