Plan and coordinate preventative, corrective, and shutdown maintenance across multiple plant sites Ensure plants operate safely, reliably, and in line with company, regulatory, and quality standards Monitor maintenance performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive reliability outcomes Manage maintenance systems, work schedules, inventory, records, and contractor activities through SAP Troubleshoot plant issues, support condition monitoring programs, and lead root cause investigations Collaborate with site teams, the Remote Operating Centre, and other stakeholders, including participation in the on-call roster and travel to regional sites
