In this hands-on role, you’ll complete maintenance requests, troubleshoot repairs, and support the overall upkeep of the community. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and being part of a supportive team environment. What You’ll Do Partner with Community and Regional Managers on maintenance initiatives Lead, train, and support the service team Prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion Troubleshoot issues and assist with service requests Manage budgets while delivering exceptional resident service Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards. Provide excellent customer service to residents Participate in emergency/on-call maintenance rotation Qualifications: What We’re Looking For 2+ years of property maintenance or related experience EPA Type I and II certifications required; CPO preferred Ability to lift 45 lbs. regularly and 80 lbs. occasionally, and push/pull up to 200 lbs.
