You will be a part of OMRON´s EMEA Legal team which is located at its European Headquarters in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands. A dedicated Legal team supports two different OMRON businesses consisting of more than 30 entities and branches in Europe, The Middle East, and Africa. Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
• Reviewing and negotiating general terms & conditions, non-disclosure agreements, purchase and service agreements and other documentation
• Provision of general legal advice to colleagues in the business
• Joining and assisting the members of the legal team in various projects
• Performing legal research, with special focus on Compliance
• Helping manage the know-how base of the Legal team Required education
• Master’s degree in Dutch law, or alternatively a Master’s degree in law from another EU Member State
• 1–3 years of relevant legal experience, gained either in private practice or as in-house legal counsel in an international corporate environment.
