• MONONA, WI, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Recruitment and Employment Specialist (Hybrid) Reports To: Director of Human Resources Department: Administration FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Travel: <10% Job Status: Full-Time Position Summary The Recruitment and Employment Specialist will spend the majority of their time managing the full-cycle recruitment process as well as working with external partners to build relationships that will sustain a growing workforce. In addition, you will work with the HR team to build employee engagement to ensure job satisfaction. Essential Functions

Full cycle recruitment utilizing HRIS system including: Proactive recruitment Posting positions to job boards Coordination with hiring managers Scheduling interviews Collecting interview documentation Conduct background screens for candidates. Verification of licensure for pertinent roles Maintain candidate databases.

Partner with HR Generalist in delivering New Hire Orientation. Utilize business partnerships to build a network of qualified applicants to meet staffing needs. Manage recruitment events with the team. Create policies and handbooks that detail company operations. Track licensing and backgrounds for compliance Lead employee engagement activities Skills/Abilities Communication skills include writing, speaking and the ability to adapt communication style to fit the situation and audience.

Organizational and time management skills; ability to plan and coordinate work independently balancing multiple work demands. Strong teamwork skills Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Ability to be flexible in the work environment and willing and able to adapt to changing organizational needs.

Ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.

Qualifications

Qualifications

3 years of experience as a recruiter, onboarding specialist, or in a similar HR role Good working knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation Current office or customer service experience is preferred. Ability to work with Microsoft Office and various software. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift.
