• 2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Manufacturing Performance Analysis
• Strong skills in Power BI, DAX, SQL, Excel, and data visualization
• Experience building dashboards, analytical models, and automated reporting solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
• Understanding of manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, yield, scrap, downtime, cycle time, productivity, capacity, and plan vs. actual
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and translating business questions into practical data solutions
• Good communication skills in English and the ability to work with both Thai and international stakeholders
• Experience with Python, R, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Azure Data Factory is a plus

• Analyze production, quality, maintenance, material, labor, capacity, and cost data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and standard reports
• Perform root-cause, variance, correlation, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support business decisions
• Build and maintain a trusted manufacturing data foundation, including KPI definitions, data models, data dictionaries, and data-quality controls
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Finance, and Digital teams to turn data insights into improvement actions
• Support strategic Manufacturing Excellence projects from data analysis and requirements gathering through implementation and benefit tracking
