This position requires employees to rotate among the Cone Loader, Wing Rounder, and Shoulder Cutter positions based on production needs. To cut the shoulder, disjointing the wing from the front half to present it in a proper manner for the wing rounder.  ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Make an accurate cut on every front half around the shoulder and along the scapula.
