About the Role

For our teams in Antwerp , we are looking for ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our specialised brands: Progressive Specialised in recruiting Engineering professionals for energy, construction and manufacturing projects (contracting). Computer Futures Specialised in recruiting IT professionals within software development, data & analytics, cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity (contracting).

Your Responsibilities

Business Development Identify and prospect new clients Build and further develop long-term client relationships Negotiate and close commercial agreements Respond to tenders and RFPs Recruitment & Consulting Analyse clients’ specific hiring needs Advise clients on the most suitable recruitment approach Actively source, screen and select the best professionals for your clients Conduct interviews and reference checks Guide candidates throughout the entire recruitment process Administrative Management Prepare quotations and commercial proposals Follow up on ongoing assignments and ensure accurate administrative processing Who Are We Looking For?

Experience in a commercial, B2B role. Experience in 360 recruitment is a strong advantage.
