Leasing Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultants to join our team in Blacksburg, VA. Our ideal candidate will have a friendly, upbeat attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We are searching for a dependable team player to collaborate on group projects, but also be capable of meeting individual deadlines using follow-up skills.

The position is responsible for: Engaging in resident communications both in-person and via digital platforms. Presenting professionally the features and benefits of their assigned property. Properly securing lease agreements from qualified persons. Coordinating the community's marketing via social media. We aim to create a welcoming environment for all of our visitors and are searching for someone with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude to provide a great addition to our team!

• Full-time Pay - $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Work Schedule - 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday, Saturdays as needed Ability to Commute to Blacksburg as needed for meetings and/or training ( Required ) Work Location
