How you Will make a difference Monitor resident call lights Passing of food trays and other requested items Make beds Clean residents personal care and grooming items All other duties as assigned What you Need to make a Difference High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.

Effective verbal and written English communication skills. Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality. This position is for anyone looking to get their CNA certification. Class starts 12/1/2026. You will train classroom style on site. Once through the training there is potential to go full time as a newly licensed CNA should you pass the test and get your TN State CNA licensure.
