Sales Manager

Job ID: 42014 | Location: All, All TR, Türkiye | Work Model: Hybrid As Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will drive profitable growth of our Purification business in Turkey. You will hold substantial sales responsibility for this business and will also contribute to the success of our Paper business.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Management Implement sales strategies that drive growth, improve profitability and enhance cash flow across your portfolio in Turkey Manage customer relationships, optimize pricing and margins, and identify new business opportunities in alignment with the Head of Purification EMEA Business Development Grow business with existing customers and win new accounts in your region Work with technical and marketing teams to develop new applications, product offerings and growth opportunities Monitor the market and competitors, validate analyses and suggest measures Identify unmet customer and market needs and propose projects to address them Sales Operations & Administrative Support Support sales performance reviews, forecasting and annual sales meetings Prepare tenders, contracts and quotations Act as key user for SAP, CRM and SPOSEA for BL Adsorbents EMEA Customer & Stakeholder Management Maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors through regular engagement Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure customer satisfaction Solve problems effectively in sales and delivery operations Requirements University degree (Bachelor's or higher) in Engineering or Business Administration At least 5 years of experience in sales, business support or customer support, ideally in an import/export environment Good knowledge of SAP and international export Proficiency in CRM software, the Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools, including AI Strong sales drive, achievement motivation and a "hunter mentality" Native-level Turkish and fluent English in speech and writing.

A further language is an advantage.
