Home Health Weekend Admission RN

Love the clinical side of home health but want it on your terms? Interim HealthCare is hiring a part-time Home Health RN to handle weekend admissions. You complete the admission, set the patient up for success, and the rest of the team takes it from there. Want to stay weekends only? Great. Want to pick up some weekday visits too? We have those available, and we’ll build it around your life.

Your schedule

• Part-time, per visit

• Weekend home health admissions

• Optional weekday visits if you want extra work, never required

• You choose how much you take on, and we work around your other commitments

• Great fit for hospital or clinic RNs looking to add home health on their days off

What you’ll earn

• Weekend admission: $100/visit

• Optional weekday visits: Resumption of Care $75/visit | Recertification $60/visit | Routine visit $35/visit

• Mileage reimbursement at $0.64/mile

• Weekly pay every Friday

What you’ll enjoy

• One patient at a time, with real time to do a thorough admission

• Flexibility to pick up as much or as little as you want

• Health coverage when working 30+ hours/week, eligible the first of the month after 60 days

• A local office team that backs you up on scheduling, documentation questions, and anything that comes up in the field

What you’ll do as a Weekend Admission RN

• Complete home health admissions and OASIS assessments in patients’ homes

• Review referral information, medications, and physician orders, and coordinate with the office on anything that needs follow-up

• Educate patients and families on the plan of care, medications, and home safety

• Identify needs for therapy, aide, or social work services and communicate them to the clinical team

• Document accurately and on time in our EMR

• If you choose weekday work: resumption of care, recertification, and routine visits

What we’re looking for

• Active RN license in Oklahoma

• Home health experience with OASIS admission assessments strongly preferred

• Current CPR certification

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

• Comfortable working independently and making sound clinical judgments in the home

• Strong communication skills and genuine compassion for patients and families

Service Area

Our Home Health RNs see patients throughout the metro, including Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Midwest City, Mustang, Guthrie, Choctaw, Wellston, Harrah, Piedmont, and Blanchard.
