As an Operations Manager based in Swadlincote you’ll be responsible for: Being highly organised, commercially focused, and proactive to lead the day-to-day sales operations of our HVAC business. Ensuring the efficient running of sales support functions, inventory management, purchasing, logistics, customer service, and office administration Support the sales function, monitoring KPIs, supporting business growth initiatives and producing commercial reports. This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 08.30am - 5.00pm And here’s what we’d like you to have: Experience in Operations, Sales Operations, Distribution or Supply Chain Management.
