New $5,000 Sign on Bonus for Full-Time! Oak Hill Village is looking for an excellent Speech Language Pathologist to join our therapy team as a Full-Time employee! Job Description The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for providing rehabilitative therapy to patients upon referral for communication, cognitive and/or swallowing disorders following all regulatory and clinical practice requirements.

This includes recovery, improvement in function and when possible, a return to a prior level of functioning. Clinical documentation will describe objective measures and justification for continued or discontinued services. This position reports to the Director of Rehabilitation Services. Job Requirements Must be a graduate of an accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology Must be ASHA certified (CCCs) Must have current and active license with the state of Pennsylvania One year experience in long-term care or related setting preferred New Grads Welcome!
