• LHB based in the United States. As a Client Manager, you will play a key role in building lasting client relationships and driving business growth within the healthcare benefits industry. You will manage a portfolio of 12–20 clients, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the entire client lifecycle, from implementation and ongoing service delivery to renewals and account expansion. Working closely with clients, brokers, sales executives, and internal teams, you will ensure exceptional service and develop solutions that meet evolving business needs. Your expertise in self-funded health plans and third-party administration will help you anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver meaningful value to clients. You will engage with senior-level stakeholders, influence cross-functional teams, and translate market trends into strategic recommendations.
