Webb: Competitive salary range of $90k-$127k Career development and progression 401(k) plan with company match PTO and paid holidays Excellent medical, dental, life, vision and disability benefits Employee Assistance Program Employee referral incentives What you will do: Provide engineering and business support onsite for commercial construction projects Provide technical engineering information ensuring work meets design and quality standards Manage and submit RFIs, O&M manuals and project documents Schedule equipment and materials and coordinate with vendors Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to maintain project schedules What we are looking for: Applicable project engineering/project management experience or internship with a commercial mechanical or building construction contractor Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Engineering Management (or similar) Strong analysis, problem-solving and critical thinking skills Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Excel Business acumen including planning, accounting, forecasting and resource allocation Ability to work with owners, GCs, subcontractors, engineers and others Client management skills Production management skills Knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings and specifications preferred EOE M/W/Disability/Vets Veterans and those with previous military experience are encouraged to apply
