Stack!Pay Rate:The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*What you'll be doing as a Metal Sorter:Manually identify and remove stainless steel pieces from fine materials moving along a conveyor system. Sort and separate recyclable metal materials according to established processing guidelines. Work within the processing system to support metal recovery operations.

Monitor materials moving along the conveyor to ensure accurate and consistent sorting. Perform repetitive hand-sorting tasks while maintaining attention to detail and productivity. Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow established housekeeping procedures. Follow all safety procedures when working around moving conveyors and industrial equipment.

Report equipment issues, unsafe conditions, or material concerns to supervisors. Assist with additional recycling and material processing duties as assigned. Available shifts:Shift Timings: All Available. Job requirements:Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People. Ready. Previous experience in recycling, manufacturing, production, or industrial general labor preferred.

Ability to identify and manually sort stainless steel pieces from fine materials on a moving conveyor. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and arm movements. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment. Must wear required PPE, including a Tyvek protective suit and respirator, during operations.

Ability to follow workplace safety procedures and instructions. Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
