• Bowie Location: 3060 Mitchellville Rd #108, Bowie, MD 20716 Website: https://www.rctendo.com/careers Status: Full-time/ Nonexempt Pay Range: $41,600 to $54,080 Annually Position Summary Trident Endo is seeking a full-time dependable, patient-focused Traveling/Floating Endodontic Dental Assistant to provide clinical support across multiple endodontic practice locations throughout Maryland and the Washington, D.C. area. This position requires flexibility, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel between assigned offices based on operational and staffing needs. Including practice locations in Bowie, possibly Laurel, Silver Spring, and in Washington D.C area.

Key Responsibilities

Assist endodontists with clinical procedures, including root canal treatments and other specialized endodontic services. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain compliance with infection control and OSHA standards. Take and process dental X-rays in accordance with applicable regulations. Support patient care, scheduling coordination, and daily clinical operations.

Adapt to different office environments, clinical teams, and practice workflows. Travel between assigned locations to support staffing coverage and operational needs.

Qualifications

Current Maryland Dental Radiation Technologist Certification (required). Washington, D.C. dental radiography certification is a plus. Previous dental assisting experience; endodontic experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of dental terminology, clinical procedures, sterilization, and infection control. Excellent communication, organization, and patient service skills.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between multiple practice locations. Flexible, dependable, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
