Moulder Operator

As a Moulder Operator, you'll set up, operate, and inspect moulders, helping ensure our products meet the highest standards for quality and craftsmanship. Salary: $21.55 - $34.92 per hour, starting wage varies based on your experience Up to $1 pay increase at 90 days if meeting or exceeding expectations Work Hours: Monday

Monitors product to ensure that quality standards are being met. Set-Up, operate, and verify work on assigned moulder. Accurately, thoroughly, and legibly completes all documentation related to the position. Keeps the work area in a neat and orderly condition in compliance with 5S standards. Promotes teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers. What You Bring: Minimum of 2-5 years of related machine operating experience required (wood fabrication or surfacing/sanding, CNC, moulder operation or programming) Must be mechanically inclined and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt and problem solve. Some travel may be required for training (within 2 hour drive of the Mounds View plant). A positive attitude and team-oriented mentality.
