Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed Previous experience and/or technical education in diesel trucks, heavy equipment, or automotive/vehicle repair Experience with Freightliner, Detroit, or Cummins is a plus DTNA training is a major bonus Your own set of tools, suitable for a diesel tech role Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and diagnostic software) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills A valid driver’s license and clean MVR; Class A CDL preferred Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including some weekends and overtime Related job titles and experience may include: Diesel Mechanic, Diesel Technician, Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Heavy Equipment Technician, Heavy-Duty Mechanic, Heavy-Duty Technician, Equipment Mechanic, Equipment Technician, Shop Technician, Shop Service Technician, and Diesel Shop Technician.
