Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducts initial / preliminary interviews of candidates for vacant positions both agent and non-agent
• Facilitate pre-employment testing and Berlitz when applicable
• Facilitate Job Offers
• Prepare and send announcements for non-agents new hires
• Assists in the coordination with operations team for final interview
• Assists in the other recruitment steps in order to facilitate quality and time bounded customer service to applicants and clients
• Coordinates with operations (or other departments concerned) for further interviews and final decision on hiring of qualified applicants
• Maintains and updates recruitment tracker/ database
