Job Details: Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $27.00 - $27.00Hourly, Job Category: Construction / Development / Maintenance, Maintenance Technician – Key Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and equipment status Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies Monitor and maintain building systems, including lighting, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and prolong equipment life Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize maintenance tasks Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and replacement parts Support emergency repairs and after-hours maintenance when needed Recommend improvements or upgrades to enhance efficiency and safety Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and maintenance techniques Prepare new locations with our systems and setups Oversee local site upgrade projects Meet with contractors for bidding involvement in upgrades Work with local landscapers for quality issues Turn in and code receipts and invoices Qualifications:
