Chemical Analyst

Buscamos a una persona que contribuya a asegurar la calidad, inocuidad y cumplimiento normativo de materias primas, procesos y producto terminado, mediante la ejecución precisa y confiable de análisis fisicoquímicos y microbiológicos, contribuyendo a la consistencia de nuestros productos y a la satisfacción de nuestros clientes.

Principales responsabilidades: Realizar análisis fisicoquímicos y microbiológicos de materias primas, producto en proceso y producto terminado. Ejecutar análisis mediante técnicas como cromatografía de gases y líquidos , así como análisis de agua y evaluación sensorial. Verificar y dar seguimiento al mantenimiento y calibración de equipos de laboratorio.

Registrar, analizar e interpretar resultados, elaborando informes técnicos e indicadores de desempeño. Aplicar herramientas estadísticas para el control y mejora de los procesos, incluyendo Cp y Cpk . Participar en auditorías internas y en el cumplimiento de sistemas de calidad como ISO 9001, HACCP e ISO 17025 . Participar en investigaciones, análisis de causa raíz y planes de mejora derivados de hallazgos o quejas de clientes.

Colaborar en la implementación y validación de proyectos de innovación y nuevos métodos de ensayo. Perfil que buscamos: Licenciatura en Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Bioquímica, Ingeniería en Alimentos, Químico Farmacobiólogo, Biología o carrera afín . Experiencia mínima de 1 año en realización de análisis fisicoquímicos de alimentos y bebidas y en posiciones similares.

Experiencia en mantenimiento y calibración de equipos de laboratorio. Conocimientos en técnicas analíticas, microbiología, cromatografía, buenas prácticas de laboratorio y sistemas de calidad. Manejo de herramientas de Microsoft Office; conocimientos de Minitab, Power BI y Super CEP son deseables. Inglés 50% . Comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo, capacidad de análisis, ética profesional e integridad.
